Job Description :

Hours: From:  8:30(a.m.)       To:      5:00 (p.m.)


 


 


Contractor will support the National Relationship Management Employer Support Team in employer related activity.


 


DUTIES:


 



  • Assist with employer outreach efforts via phone and e-mail

  • Track outreach activity.

  • Set appointments for conference calls and webinars. 

  • Run reports in Excel and/or Access.

  • Draft activity summaries in Word.

  • Assist with presentation development in Power Point

  • Join team in internal planning meetings

  • Research employer & participant information

  • Overall project support

  • Help with Data entry

  • Mailing and filing


 


Required Qualifications :
 REQUIREMENTS:

  •  VERY STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF POWERPOINT, EXCEL, WORD AND ACCESS 

  • Customer Services Skills – call center or face to face experience.

  • Experience with Customer Information systems.

  • Analytical skills for research.

  • Detail Oriented.
