Hours: From: 8:30(a.m.) To: 5:00 (p.m.)
Contractor will support the National Relationship Management Employer Support Team in employer related activity.
- Assist with employer outreach efforts via phone and e-mail
- Track outreach activity.
- Set appointments for conference calls and webinars.
- Run reports in Excel and/or Access.
- Draft activity summaries in Word.
- Assist with presentation development in Power Point
- Join team in internal planning meetings
- Research employer & participant information
- Overall project support
- Help with Data entry
- Mailing and filing
Required Qualifications :
- VERY STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF POWERPOINT, EXCEL, WORD AND ACCESS
- Customer Services Skills – call center or face to face experience.
- Experience with Customer Information systems.
- Analytical skills for research.
- Detail Oriented.
