Job Description :

This position is responsible for supporting the client’s Digital Transformation department’s Agile Scrum Team by delivering impactful organizational change management products (e.g., developing/executing communications in alignment with the overall release strategy, enhancing communications channels, performing assessments (e.g., change impact, change readiness, training needs) and analysis (e.g., associate engagement, stakeholder, workforce transition),  and tracking/reporting on metrics (e.g., adoption, utilization, proficiency, communications effectiveness). Additional responsibilities of this role will include directly engaging in change efforts and working to ensure successful adoption, utilization and proficiency are achieved among impacted associates.


Hours Monday Through Friday

8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm

Section B: Essential Functions/Activities:

·         Experience in supporting change management efforts; specifically for

·         Experience working in and supporting agile teams (i.e., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

·         Identify and analyze organizational impacts for internal stakeholders affected by new projects

·         Develop communications and other deliverables to project timeline and ensure broad awareness among impacted associates

·         Optimize existing communication channels to meet evolving stakeholder needs

·         Conduct surveys, interviews, and perform analysis on results to determine effectiveness of change management efforts

Contribute to enhancing the existing change management program by using and refining portfolio of internal change management tools and leveraging external tools
Required Qualifications :

  • Procsi certification

  • Change management experience

  • Salesforce experience 

  • 5+ years’ experience implementing change involving large-scale organizational change efforts, enterprise-wide system implementation projects (specifically Salesforce), applying formal change management methodologies, using change management tools / templates, writing enterprise-wide communications, developing assessments, and analyzing results are critical to the success of this position

  • Experienced in Change Management, Organizational Development, and Communications roles

  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Progressive and professional experience leading and/or supporting organizational change and transformation

  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

  • Experience assessing business objectives and defining change strategy to meet objectives as well as developing appropriate work plans and leading the project according to the plan

  • Ability to influence/coach others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Ability to work effectively on their own, and create meaning in ambiguous situations

  • Collaborative work style and ability to serve as a bridge across multiple teams / stakeholder groups to achieve objectives

Minimum education preferred

BA/BS or equivalent experience 

Certifications required:  Certifications in change management including Prosci, ACMP’s CCMP, or others a plus, as well as certifications in and agile methodologies (i.e., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) a plus


Knowledge of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle is also a plus
