Job Description :


Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to fill the spot of one of thier employees who is going on leave in a few weeks for 3-4 weeks. This person will support the activities central to the membership team, including but not limited to, the governance of the Membership Policy for 229 member schools, and interface with the market development team to support their engagement initiatives with member schools. This position will serve as the primary source of member communication to internal stakeholders and external member school representatives.


 


The assignment will be from January 28-April 17. The position will work 40 hours per week. The schedule is Monday-Thursday from 8 am – 5:30 pm (including 30 mins lunch, adjust for 1 hour lunch) and Friday from 8-12 pm. 




At the beginning of the assignment, the selected candidate will work directly with the employee who is going on leave to learn the day-to-day job. Responsibilities include: 



  • Provide exceptional service as the point of contact support to member school Representatives for the entire member lifecycle

  • Manage the administration, tracking, and reporting of member school data including:

    • Compliance

    • Utilization of benefits

    • Member school engagement

    • Oversee and update database membership information



  • Field member school Representatives requests in a timely manner and with the highest level of customer service

  • Support the member and board governance initiatives, activities and goals

  • Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated individual that works independently; prioritizes and manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines and seeks guidance as needed to clarify assignments or requests, ask questions or seek additional information

  • Ability to take the initiative and respond flexibly and supportively

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Highly professional demeanor including poise, confidence, tact, and diplomacy

  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Office, specifically competent in Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
