Job Description :
The Junior Sales Account Executive is a challenging and rewarding role, the responsibilities will include professionally representing the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of the Junior Sales Account Executive offerings to various customers and end users within assigned territory and accounts. 

The Junior Sales Account Executive, Service, is responsible for securing profitable service sales to existing and discontinued customers and for renewals of existing business. This rep will also have a commanding knowledge of our services. 

Adhere to current Employ-R policies, procedures, products, programs and services. 

Execute a customer-focused strategy that will lead to greater retention of current customer relationships, higher revenue per customer and greater customer satisfaction 

Renew existing customer partnerships

Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics, and consistently apply time and territory management techniques. 

Follow up with prospects. 

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete services and customers' issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research. 

Obtain referrals and work with Centers of Influence. 

Process job orders and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures. 

Conduct post follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service.

Required 

BA Degree

2 plus years of experience in a B2B sales position, selling a  Service/product . 



Preferred. Accounting Sales Exper.

Professional communication skills, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer and Employ-R 

Action Oriented, drive for results, interpersonal savvy 

Customer Focus Functional/Technical skills, ability to problem solve
