Duties:



  • Support staff with front desk coverage

  • Answer phones and direct client calls

  • Monitor emails and reply

  • Track and log visitor badges

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors

  • Distribute clients’ mail

  • Maintain mailing lists

  • Schedule conference rooms

  • Schedule meetings

  • Assist with event coordination


Required Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor

  • Ability to multitask

  • Detailed oriented

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
