OUR CLIENT IN ROCKVILLE, MD IS LOOKING FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR A LONG-TERM CONTRACT!




The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails.. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor. Duties to include but are not limited to:


 


Staffing the front desk, including:


·         Welcoming visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel/locations, providing logistics instructions (e.g., parking)


·         Maintaining office security by monitoring visitor logbook and issuing visitor badges


·         Answering the telephone and responding to or referring inquiries


·         Providing general administrative and clerical support to management including filing, mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.


·         Sorting and distributing incoming correspondence


·         Maintaining a safe and clean reception area




 Managing and ordering office supplies, including:


·         Maintaining office and kitchen supply inventory level, anticipate needed supplies and distribution of orders for two office locations


·         Processing orders and verifying receipts


 


Scheduling, including:


·         Arrange and order catered lunches when necessary at both office locations


·         Managing Outlook appointments and assisting with meeting management coordination


·         Running local errands (e.g., to post office, office supply store, and food for company meetings)


·         Assist with companywide events and functions; after hours events may be required occasionally


 


Facilities Management, including:


·         Serve as POC for building management company for both office locations


·         Manage employee parking passes and hourly guest passes for both office locations


·         Maintains clean and stocked copy areas at both locations
