Job Description :


































    • Collaborate with Contracts Manager to provide subcontract documentation such as drafting subcontracts, agreements, modification tasks/delivery orders, solicitations, estimates, cost/price analyses, negotiation memorandums, justifications, determinations, special contract provisions, representations, certifications, and correspondence.







    • Administer T&M, Labor Hour, Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable/Award Fee type subcontracts consistent with government-client requirements in accordance with company, FAR/DFAR procurement policies and procedures.







    • Process purchase requisitions and compile appropriate documentation to establish subcontract files.







    • Develop and maintain contract and procurement files.







    • Prepare and review teaming and non-disclosure agreements.







    • Review and manage CPARS.







    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.







    • Maintain logs for tracking contract actions; maintain electronic files and hard copy files in accordance with company methodologies.






 
Requirements
MUST have USAID Exper.



 



Solid communication skills



 








    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related business discipline.







    • 3 years of related experience administering DOD contracts and subcontracts. Candidate should be familiar with the FAR and DFAR application, Government subcontracting, FAR application and Small Business Subcontracting plans. Knowledge of Department of State and USAID regulations a plus.







    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to deal effectively with customers, internal employees and contractors, prime contractors and subcontractor personnel regarding contracting issues of varying degrees of complexity in order to work issues to resolution.







    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.







    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products including MS Word, SharePoint, and Excel.







    • Strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.







    • Must be detailed oriented, possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently with a minimal level of supervision as well as part of a team.







    • Collaborative, flexible and able to balance the need for structure with the efficiency and effectiveness of action-oriented, non-bureaucratic and non-hierarchical approaches.
