Job Description :















  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm


    MAIN DUTIES:



    • Assist with employer outreach efforts via phone and e-mail



    • Track outreach activity.



    • Set appointments for conference calls and webinars. 



    • Run reports in excel and/or access.



    • Draft activity summaries in word.



    • Assist with presentation development



    • Research employer & participant information



    • Overall project support



    • Help with Data entry



    • Mailing and filing


       



Required Qualifications :


 









SKILLS



  • Strong PowerPoint

  • Some billing experience

  • Advanced Excel

  • Phone and Customer Service experience

  • Outgoing personality

  • Attention to Detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
