Job Description :


Responsibilities


·         Receive and process invoices


·         Update invoice details accordingly


·         Provide general data entry support


·         Identify and correct data entry errors


·         Perform related tasks like scanning, faxing, filing


·         Organize records and files


·         Prepare relevant reports as needed


Required Qualifications :


·         Associate’s Degree


·         Some data entry or office experience


·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)


·         Strong attention to detail


·         Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, calculator, and photocopier


·         Ability to think analytically
